Instructions
Warm tortillas.
Coat both sides of the tortillas in the enchilada sauce.
Fill with chicken and roll the tortilla.
Line up all of the enchilada's next to each other in a casserole dish.
Drizzle any extra sauce on top of the enchiladas.
Top with Mexican blend cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, time may need to be adjusted.
Notes
We used Frontera Enchilada Sauce, but go with the version you like depending on the level of heat or spices.
